Estate Planning
Many people think having a Will is enough to effectively transfer their wealth to their children or other heirs when they pass away. However, a Will is just one small part of an Estate Plan, and WON’T protect your heirs from having to go through costly and time-consuming probate!
We've helped countless families set up estate plans over the 25 years we've been in business, and many of those we have had the privilege of seeing to completion. When a client passes away, we are able to meet with their heirs and counsel them on how to settle the estate based on the wishes and instructions the client had made in their estate plan. Because having a proper estate plan leaves no room for question or discussion, and avoids probate courts, this has allowed for a seamless transition of wealth for our clients' families. It also takes a great burden off of families by allowing them the ability to grieve and remember their loved ones, rather than deal with the worry and struggle of settling an estate on their own.
We understand that you probably had someone on your heart when you decided to leave a financial inheritance, whether it be your children, grandchildren, or a charity whose cause you support. We want to help you ensure that your financial legacy goes to the people or organization that you wanted to leave it to. NOT to:
- Taxes
- Lawyer's fees
- Court fees
If you don't have an estate plan in place, let us help you set one up and make sure all of your assets are covered. If you already have an Estate Plan, we would be happy to review it with you to make sure it still fits your vision for the future.
